Handlung
Die Schwestern Catherine Deneuve und Françoise Dorléac verkörpern in diesem zweiten Musical-Film von Jacques Demy Zwillinge, die auf der Suche nach der großen Liebe sind. Der Film bildet das Gegenstück zu Demys 'Die Regenschirme von Cherbourg' (1963) und ist eine Hommage an das amerikanische Film-Musical.
