Evie Garratt wurde am 10. Oktober 1919 in Belfast, Irland (heute Nordirland), geboren. Sie war Schauspielerin und bekannt für ihre Rollen in „Revolver“ (2005), „Suzie Gold“ (2004) und „Feardotcom“ (2002). Sie starb am 17. April 2015 in Hampstead, London, England.
